Background Experience

Neoris is currently recruiting consultants of all levels and experience for its branch in Dubai, UAE. The candidates should have between 2-5 years of extensive IT, PMO, Processes or Strategy experience in the Telecom/IT/Media, and/or Government industries from either:

• Multinational consulting firm
• Leading Telecom operator or vendor
• The strategy department of a leading company

All candidates are expected to have a 2:1 or above (or equivalent strong academic degree from outside the UK) title from a leading University and a fast track curriculum. MBA titles are not a pre-requisite but are a plus. Fluency in Arabic language is not required to work in the Middle East, but is considered an important asset.

Professional Experience

Thorough knowledge of at least one of the following list is required in order to apply for positions in Neoris Dubai:

• Expertise relating OSS/BSS and system integration
• Telecom/ISP product management
• Project Management of Technology Solutions development and delivery
• Definition of business requirements and functional specifications in Telecom/Government
• PMO experience in launching or integrating Telecom operators
• Proven business development ability in the specified industries
